提高风电场集电线路保护选择性的方案探讨

摘    要:针对目前风电场集电线路保护普遍没有选择性的问题,提出一种基于GOOSE网络的区域选择性联锁跳闸方案:在箱变高压侧装设断路器,箱变及集电线路采用具有嵌入式IEC61850通信功能、支持高速GOOSE对等通信的数字化保护装置,箱变与集电线路主保护之间利用GOOSE网络传输联锁跳闸信号.经分析,该方案可提高集电线路保护的选择性,缩短集电线路主保护的跳闸时间,避免因1台箱变故障而使整个集电线路跳闸事故的发生,能够提高风电场运行的安全性和稳定性.

Abstract:For the little selectivity of the transmission line protection, a scheme of zone selective interlocking trip on GOOSE web is put forward. The scheme puts breaker on box-tipe transformer HV side, box-ripe transformer and transmission line use digitization protection device which has embed IEC61850 communication function, high speed GOOSE communication, to box-tipe transformer, transmission line main protection sends interlocking trip signal by GOOSE web. After analysis, the scheme can improve the transmission line selectivity, shorten the trip time of transmission line main protection, avoid whole transmission line trip for one box-tipe transformer fault, improve the stability and safety of wind Farm.
