构建江西电力应急通信系统思路的探讨

针对当前自然灾害频发的现状和电力应急通信业务需求,结合目前江西电力通信网现状,提出了利用VSAT卫星通信、海事卫星电话、模拟集群、无线单兵等应急通信技术,通过建立卫星主站、卫星便携站、卫星应急通信车和应急指挥中心以构建江西电力应急通信系统。
