| 摘 要： | 影响PCB的可靠性的因素很多,如结构性问题,加工问题,测试问题,吸潮问题,耐热性问题、电性能问题,耐化学问题等等,这些问题在一定程度上都有一些识别的方法,如何识别中空纱对PCB可靠性的影响却不多见。文章探讨如何识别中空纱对PCB可靠性的影响。

| Abstract: | There are many factors affecting the reliability of PCB,such as structural problems,processing problems,test questions,absorbing moisture problems,heat issues,electrical performance problems,chemical problems,and so on.To some extent,these problems have some recognition methods,how to identify hollow fiber on the reliability of PCB are rare.This article discusses how to identify hollow fiber on the reliability of PCB. |
