小浪底大坝工程施工近况及几个技术问题的处理

摘    要:小浪底壤土斜心培堆石坝总填筑量为5184.7万m3,基础开挖量达770万m3,由中外3国4方联合中标承包施工。工程开工两年来进展顺利,坝基开挖至1995年底已完成520万m3,并创月开挖强度101万m3的世界先进水平。在大坝填筑前仍然进行了大量的科研试验,如将三区过渡料改在马粪滩开采加工;对大坝上游4A类堆石填筑中是否加水等技术问题进行试验研究,确定不加水填筑。这些成果的实施,将对加快工程进度,确保工程质量,节省建设投资大有益处。

Abstract:The construction of Xiaolangdi sloping loam core rock fill dam, with a total filling volume of 51. 847 million m3 and foundation excavation volume of 7. 70 million m3, has been contracted by a joint venture formed by four companies from three countries. For 2 years of its commencement, the progress has been smooth. UP to the end of 1995, the dam foundation excavation of 5. 20 million m3 has been completed and the best world's record of 1. 01 million m3of excavation intensity per month has been created. Before the filling for dam, lots of scientific researches andtests have been conducted, such as, the filling materials for the third-zone transition materials were quarried inMafentan instead of previous proposal. The test and study on whether or not water is added in the upstream 4Aclass rockfilling have been conducted and then the non-water rock filling has been adopted. With the use of these achievements, it is very useful to quicken the protect progress, to ensure the project quality and to save construction investment.
