摘    要:绍了sheu粉煤气化制甲醇工艺中“3+1’’塔精馏工艺系统流程及实际运行情况。对装置运行中出现的不凝气温度过高、现场放空带醇严重等问题进行分析、采取有效改造措施和技术操作优化调整。解决“3+1”塔精馏工艺中高负荷下系统存在的问题以及精馏系统夏季消耗高的难题,不仅保证装置安全稳定运行,同时满足经济运行。’

Abstract:Introduces the Shell pulverized coal gasification and methanol synthesis process of "3 + 1" tower distillation process system pro- cess and actual operation. To appear in the operation of the device is not set through high temperature, field empty with alcohol problems such as serious analysis, take effective measures and technical reconstruction operation optimization adjustment. To solve the "3 + 1" tower distillation process the problems existing in the system of the high load and distillation system the problem of high consumption in summer, not only ensure the safe and stable operation of unit, at the same time satisfy the economic operation.
