激光诱导间质热疗方法的离体模拟实验研究

摘    要:本文建立了激光诱导间质热疗方法 (LITT)的离体模拟实验系统 ,在不同的输出功率、不同的加热时间下 ,实验测量了激光加热时的离体猪肝组织温度分布和热凝结区域的大小 ,与计算机模拟的结果进行了对比。实验发现 ,在相同的功率和加热时间下 ,会出现有无碳化两种不同现象。当临近激光加入头表面的生物组织产生碳化时 ,测量点处的温升和热凝结区域的体积将大于未发生碳化现象时的相应值

Abstract:An in vitro experimental system was developed to simulate the clinical trial of laser-induced interstitial thermotherapy.Transient temperature distribution and the volulme of coagulated region in porcine liver tissue were measured at a range of laser output power and heating duration.The experimental results were compared with the corresponding numerical results.Carbonization may occur even at the same output power and heating duration.The experimental results showed that the temperature increases and the volume of coagulated region were greater when the tissue near the laser applicator carbonized than the corresponding results when no carbonisation occurred.
