摘    要:介绍了液压式二工位型壳脱壳机的控制系统设计。该型壳脱壳机利用液压冲击力对精铸件进行脱壳处理,具有自动化程度高、工作噪音低、粉尘少等特点,可改善工人劳动条件,提高精铸件的成品率。

Abstract:The design of control system for hydraulic sheller with twin working places was introduced. The sheller can shell the investment castings with the hydraulic impact force. It has the characterizations of high automatization, low noise and little dust, thus improve working conditions and enhance the yielding rate of the investment castings.
