| 摘 要： | 针对X—Y数控工作台控制系统，介绍了其硬件和软件两方面的设计。在硬件方面，主要介绍如何选择硬件CPU板，设计CPU接口、步进电机和电磁铁控制与驱动电路，同时布置传感器及人机界面。而在软件方面，给出了主程序汇编代码及流程图，同时设计了INT0，INT1中断流程和复位程序。该控制系统在实际中已得到成功应用。

| Abstract: | To be aimed at the NC Worktable control system,the design of hardware and software are introduced in this paper. The content about hardware is how to select CPU,design CPU interface,controlling and driving circuit of step motor and electromagnet,while the sensors layout and human-computer interface are introduced too. The main content about software is assembly code and flow chart of main procedure. Meanwhile INT0 and INT1 break flow chart is designed. This control system is successfully applied in reality. |
