摘    要:利用熔融共混法制备了ABS/AlN复合材料,研究了不同的偶联剂用量对其力学性能的影响.结果表明:当使用1.5%的硅烷偶联剂KH—570处理AlN后,可使复合材料的拉伸强度提高34%,缺口冲击强度提高96%以上;钛酸酯—201的用量为2.0%时改性效果最好,可使复合材料的拉伸强度提高39%,缺口冲击强度提高300%.通过对缺口冲击断面的SEM分析发现,经过偶联剂改性的A lN与ABS基体的界面粘合作用增强,可使复合材料抵抗外力的能力得到提高.

Abstract:ABS/AlN composite was prepared by means of melt blending.The influencing effects of the use amount of titanate and silane coupling agent on the properties of ABS/AlN composites were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength and impact strength of the composites are improved by more than 34% and 96% when the use mount of KH-570 is 1.5%;the tensile strength and the impact strength are improved by 39% and 300%,respectively,when titanate-201 is 2.0%.Through SEM analyses,it was found that the coupling agent could react with the surface of AlN,and the adhesive strength between ABS and AlN as well as the mechanical properties of the composite was improved.
