一种多路输出的高效率开关电源设计

摘    要:伴随着电子系统功能多元化、结构小型化的发展趋势,要求开关电源在满足体积的条件下,能够实现多路输出以满足系统使用要求。针对该分析,文章介绍了一种基于TI公司的TPS40055PWP控制器及LMZ14203电源模块开发的多路非隔离DC/DC变换器的工作原理及设计方法,重点阐述了该型变换器在研制过程中的技术难点及其解决办法。最后采用该方案设计了一个实验电路。仿真和实验电路测试结果表明,分析设计满足要求。

Abstract:With the development trend of the electronic system based on diversified functions, and the more compact structure, it is necessary that the switch mode power supply achieve multi-channel output to meet the employment under the required volume. According to this analysis, our paper gives a introduction about the working principle and the design method of the non-isolated DC/DC converter includes multi-channel based on TPS40055PWP controller and LMZ14203 power modules both from TI, focusing on the technical difficulties and the corresponding solutions in the development process. Finally a demo board was designed based on the topology. Both simulation and test results showed that the circuit met design specifications.
