| 摘 要： | 在介绍现场总线的定义以及Profibus现场总线特点的基础上,分析了现场总线控制系统与集散控制系统的联系与区别,并结合水泥生产的工艺流程和特点以及对水泥厂计算机监控系统结构的分析,给出广州某大型水泥厂基于Profibus-DP现场总线的DCS集散控制系统的设计和实现方法,对实际应用中大型水泥厂DCS集散控制系统的设计和实现具有一定的借鉴意义。实际运行效果表明,该系统工况平稳,网络通信稳定,显著提高了水泥生产质量,为企业带来了巨大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The definition of field bus and the features of Profibus are introduced.The difference and relationship between distributed control system and fieldbus control system are given.After analyzing the process and features of the cement plant and the computer control and monitor system the design and application of distributed control system based on Prefibus field bus for a large cement plant are discribed.The quality of cementis is improved after putting the system into practice. |
