| 摘 要： | 吉林化学工业股份有限公司炼油厂催化裂化装置余热锅炉省煤器多次泄漏 ,严重影响正常生产。造成泄漏的主要原因是翅片管外壁挂有较厚的催化剂粉尘 ,降低了管束的外壁温度 ,造成SO2 和SO3 的露点腐蚀。建议 :①安装吹灰系统减少粉尘沉积 ;②选用耐蚀管材 ;③在易挂粉尘的部位采用光管等 ,以解决省煤器泄漏问题

| Abstract: | The economizer of waste heat boiler of FCCU in Refinery of Jilin Chemical Industry Company leaked many times.This seriously threatened the production.The lower wall temperature of economizer tubes,which was caused by thicker deposit of catalyst dusts at finned tubes,resulted in dew point corrosions of SO 2 and SO 3.Cures to solve leaking problems are to install a purge system,select corrosion resistance tube material and adopt smooth tubes. |
