红外光谱仪摆臂在线实时监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:红外光谱仪是将成分复杂的光分解为光谱线的科学仪器,用来得到大气精细成分。摆臂控制系统作为整个红外光谱仪的核心部件,是实现红外干涉、系统采样及获得准确的光谱图的关键。针对控制系统对实时性及大量数据处理的相关要求,以及系统参数镇定困难等问题,利用串口通信多线程技术设计并实现一种摆臂在线实时监控系统,结果表明该监控系统能够满足摆臂控制系统的现场实时监控与调试需求。

Abstract:Infrared spectrometer,which can be used to obtain atmospheric fine ingredients,is a scientific instrument where light of complex components could be broken down into lines of spectrum.As the core component of infrared spectroscopy,swing-arm control system is the key in implementing infrared interference,sampling and obtaining accurate spectrogram.To relevant requirements of real-time and large data processing in regard to control system and to difficulties of system parameters stabilisation,in this paper we design and realise an online real-time swing-arm monitoring system by using multi-threaded serial port class.The results show that the system can well satisfy the need of online real-time monitoring and debugging.
