| 摘 要： | 探讨了采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究PBT/PC、PBT/PET合金中酯交换反应的可能性,并针对有无酯交换反应抑制剂体系进行了比较.结果发现,采用DSC通过2次循环扫描比较体系中熔点和结晶温度的变化,可以对合金中酯交换反应程度给出定性的判断.据此,可以针对聚酯共混体系给出合适的抑制剂,从而改变了DSC单纯的测试熔点和结晶温度的功能,拓展了DSC的应用深度.

| Abstract: | The application of the differential scanning calorimetry in the studies of the transesterification reaction in PBT/PC and PBT/PET alloys was researched.The effects of reaction inhibitor on the transesterification reaction were compared with those of the pure system.The results show that by observing the difference of the melting and crystallization temperature during the heating and cooling cycles in DSC,the degree of the transesterification reaction can be judged.Based on this,the kinds of inhi... |
