活性炭-纳米TiO2复合光催化网处理空气中微量甲醛的试验

摘    要:目的为了提高室内空气品质,提出新型净化的活性炭一纳米TiO2复合光催化技术.方法通过模拟空调系统分析了不同条件下复合净化网的净化效率,同时对3种净化装置(复合光催化净化网、TiO2光催化净化网、活性炭吸附网)在空调系统净化甲醛的净化性能进行了对比分析.结果复合光催化净化网在高风速且污染物质量浓度较低时的净化效率高于其他两种净化网的净化效率近15%。当迎风面风速为高速v=3.5m/s与低速v=0.8m/s时,净化效率相差不超过8%.结论同时该净化网对于无机和有机污染物具有较强的吸附氧化能力、较小的空气阻力、在净化过程中无中间副产物生成.以及试现了活性炭的原位再生,延长了净化网的使用周期,比同类净化设备的净化效率提高2O%.新型净化技术活性炭-纳米TiO2复合光催化技术弥补了当前净化技术在实际应用中的不足,提高了净化效率,推动了产品的升级换代.

Abstract:In order toenhanceindoor air quality andi mprovethetechniques of purifying presently,the articleintroduces the newpurificationtechnique,active carbon and nano-titaniumdioxide photo catalysis techniqueand does the experi ment about purifyingindoor air pollutant.The article analyses the purifying capabilitiesunder the condition of different influencingfactors by the experi ment of purifyingformaldehyde in air con-ditioning systemsi mulated and compares the purifying capabilities of three kinds of purification web appliedto air conditioning system,active carbon and nano-titanium dioxide photo catalysis web and active carbonpurification web and nano-titanium dioxide photo catalysis purification web.The result shows purificationefficiency of the new purification technique is 15 %higher than other two kinds of purification techniqueswhen the air speedis 3 m/s and contaminant concentrationislowin air conditioningsystem.For active car-bon and nano-titaniumdioxide photocatalysis web,theinfluence of airflowvelocity on purificationefficiencyis not obvious.The difference of cleaning efficiencyislessthan 8 %whenthe airflowis at high orlowveloc-ity.And the newpurificationtechnique possesses stronger capability of absorption and decomposition on or-ganic andinorganic contaminants andless resistant of airflowand can avoid the producing of newcontami-nants and realizes the regeneration of active carbon in the same place and prolongs the life-cycle of activecarbon.The experi ment shows the newpurificationtechnique makes upfor the disadvantages of present pu-rifying techniques and cleaning efficiencyis enhanced about 20 %.It provides the basis to purificationtech-niques applied to air conditioning system.
