半圆球面的数控切削工艺研究

摘    要:在零件的数控加工中,不可避免地会产生加工误差,而对于半圆球面这种比较典型的零件,影响因素更加复杂。本文针对影响误差的因素,在加工过程中采取有效的措施加以避免,从而保证了加工质量。对特定的零件制定了合理有效的数控加工工艺,保证了零件加工的质量,提高了加工效率,并总结了半圆球面切削加工的共性问题。

Research on Numerical Control Turning Process of Half-sphere Surface

Abstract:NC machining of parts will inevitably result in machining errors. Factors of half-sphere surface affecting the typical parts are more complex, factors affecting the error in the machining process should be avoided by taking effective measures, so the quality of machining was guaranteed. Defined reasonable and effective NC machining process for specific parts ensure parts quality and processing efficiency, summed half sphere turning common problems.
