摘    要:该文以基于火焰图像处理的温度场测量技术对炉膛火焰的温度分布进行了测量,并以此测量结果对锅炉炉膛进行了热平衡分析。在此基础上,提出了锅炉燃烧过程中未燃尽碳的在线预测模型,并将模型预测结果与炉膛三维温度场计算的结果和灰分析的结果进行了比较验证。该模型的预测结果与灰分析的结果基本相近,可以作为锅炉燃烧的在线经济性评价标准。

Abstract:The temperature profile of furnace is measured with the temperature measure technology based on flame image processing, and the thermal balance of furnace is also analyzed with the result gained above, in this paper. An online model for forecasting uncompleted burned carbon is presented based on that said above, and the result of this model has been proved by comparing with the resolution of 3-D temperature profile of furnace and the result of ash analysis. The result gained by the model is closed to ash analysis. It can serve as an online economic value criterion of boiler combustion.
