摘    要:在装有两个合成反应器的小试装置上,考察了在反应混合气(乙炔和乙酸)中加NH_3与不加NH_3对催化剂影响的对比试验。结果表明,间歇导入适量NH_3,可提高活性炭-乙酸锌催化剂的活性和稳定性,而且对反应液质量无影响,并探讨了其反应机理。

Abstract:Tests aimed at contrasting the effect on vinyl acetate synthesis of addition and no-addition of ammonia gas to the reaction mixture gas(acetylene and acetic acid)have been carried outwith two laboratory synthesis reactors.Results of these tests have confirmed that intermittentintroduction of ammonia gas into the reaction mixture gas increases the activity and stabilityof the catalyst and has no influence on product quality.The reaction mechanism is discussed.
