摘    要:AP1000核电冷却剂主管道首次采用超低碳控氮不锈钢整体锻造技术,有别于传统压水堆核电的离心铸造管道,具有冶炼、锻造技术要求高、机加工时间长、弯管工艺复杂、制造难度大等特点。通过对AP1000冷却剂主管道制造过程中的技术要点总结,介绍了制造环节中的关键控制点,同时对主管道制造中的质量监督重点做了分析。

Abstract:AP1000 main coolant pipe is manufactured for the first time in the world by using super low-carbon nitrogen control stainless steel integral forging technology, which is different from the traditional PWR centrifiagal casting pipe. It has the following characteristics: smelting and forging with strict requirements, long machining time, complex bending techniques. In this paper, the key quality control and supervision points in the pipe' s manufacturing process are provided based on technical summary.
