生物膜法A/O工艺处理玉米加工废水的研究

摘    要:生物膜法A/O工艺处理玉米开发产品生产废水,在进水CODcr为1526mg/L,NH3-N为180.4mg/L的情况下,可使出水达到CODcr为89.74mg/L,NH3-N为14.19mg/L,符合国家一级排放标准,去除率分别达到94.12%和92.13%,工艺流程简单,处理效果好。

Abstract:A/O technical process is used to treat the wastewater coming from corn developing products, if the COD of influent is 1 526 mg/L, the NH 3-N of influent is 180.4 mg/L, then the COD of effluent is 89.74 mg/L, the NH 3-N of effluent is 14.19 mg/L, and the quality of effluent is stable enough to conform to the National Discharge Standard. The removal rates of COD and NH 3-N can reach 94.12% and 92.13% respectively. The technical process is simple and the process efficiency is excellent.
