摘    要:热敏元件的化学镀镍电极具有优良的电性能和工作稳定性,本文在分析热敏元件化学镀镍的基本原理和工艺要求的基础上,设计出了完全满足工艺要求的化学镀镍自动化生产设备。利用可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心,实现了化学镀镍生产过程的全自动化。通过改变PLC的程序参数,可调节化学镀镍的时间,以满足不同镀镍工艺的要求。各镀槽的温度也实现了自动控制。该设备具有结构合理、工作可靠、生产效率高等特点,可满足电子陶瓷元件大生产的需要。

Abstract:The nickel electrodes of thermistors have excellent electric characteristics and reliability.Based on the theory and process of electroless nickel electrodes for thermistors, the equipment used to prepare electroless nickel electrodes was developed, which was controlled automatically by programmable logic controller(PLC) .Plating time of electroless nickel can be abjusted by inputting different PLC program parameters, there for, vary variety of processing conditions can be realized.The temperature of each electroless nickel bathes is controlled automatically.They facility is satisfactory for requirements of manufacturers, because it has many features such as reasonable structure, high reliablility, speedy efficiency and so on.
