摘    要:MTP装置精制系统带水严重,导致丙烯产品含水含量过高而致使产品不合格,同时还导致精制系统深冷管线发生冻堵现象,原因为进精制系统进料液烃中含水量过高。通过液烃干燥器前增加聚结器、压缩机四段分离罐增加脱水罐的改造措施,显著降低了精制系统进料液烃中的含水量,保证了后续系统的稳定运行。

Abstract:The water content in the purification section of one MTP plant was below the standard. Too much water leads to product failure and frozen cryogenic pipe. The main reason was the high water content in the feed HC liguid of the purification section. Through adding coalescer before HC LIQUID dryer and water removing drum in the four stage separa- tor, the propylene product met clients' demands and the purification system was stable.
