谈经济适用房存在问题与解决对策

针对目前经济适用房不＂经济＂,真正低收入人群无法享受等情况进行了分析,从选址、前期准备、设计、施工等方面入手,指出了经济适用房建设过程中应注意事项,并针对经济适用房本身存在的问题提出了应对措施,以期指导实践。

This paper analyzes some phenomena,such as contemporary economic and suitable houses are not ＂economic＂ really,and real low-income people can not enjoy the economic and suitable houses etc.Starting from aspects of location selection,preliminary preparations,design,and construction and so on,it points out matters needing attention in the construction process of economic and suitable houses,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in light of problems existing in economic and suitable houses,with a view to guide practice.
