| Abstract: | This paper explores the design and planning of tourism real estate. It raises several design concepts, including integration with environment, ecological innovation, and innovative tourism real estate, based on the empirical study in designing and planning the international tourism resort of Langqi island, Fuzhou. The paper aims to provide practical tools, and design measures with balanced natural landscapes to benefit the development of tourism real estate. |
