| 摘 要： | 神经节苷脂是一组含有唾液酸的鞘糖脂,广泛存在于脊椎动物的各组织细胞膜中,在神经系统中起重要作用。单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(又名GM1)是迄今研究最为深入的神经节苷脂成份,并在临床中广泛应用。本文综述了近年GM1在临床治疗缺氧缺血性脑病、中枢神经系统损伤、神经退行性疾病和外周神经病变方面的研究进展。 |

| Abstract: | Gangliosides constitute a group of glycosphingolipids that are components of most vertebrate cell membranes,and play an important role in nervous system.Monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside(GM1)is studied and used the most intensively so far.In this review,we discuss the main clinical application,with an emphasis on HIE,CNS problems,neurodegenerative diseases,and peripheral neuropathy. |
