薄壳注塑件翘曲变形的优化

摘    要:针对封盖模型实例。选择注射时间、模具温度、熔料温度3个工艺参数为优化变量.以注塑件CAE模拟分析的翘曲变形最小化为优化目标.应用基于寻峰值采样点法的优化方法确定了最佳的注塑成型工艺参数。优化结果表明:选择合适的工艺参数能改善注塑件翘曲变形,且应用该优化方法解决注塑件翘曲变形CAE优化问题的效率较高。

Abstract:This paper presented an optimization methodology for minimizing the warpage deflection of thin-walled plastic part. Taking cover model as a study case,selecting three processing p injecting time, mold temperature, melt temperature as optimum variables, the paper applicated optimized method based on mode-pursuing sampling to fix optimised injection parts processing parameters. The results of optimization program show that selecting suitable processing parameters can improve warpage deflection of thin-walled with higher efficiency.
