摘    要:直流电源是变电所非常重要的二次设备,它的主要任务是给继电保护、开关控制及远动等设备提供可靠的直流操作电源,直流电源设备性能和质量的好坏直接关系到电网的稳定运行和设备安全。针对目前蓄电池维护中存在的问题,利用模糊控制理论,开发研制了一种针对单体电池的在线自动化检测和充放电设备。这种设备可以对蓄电池组自动进行单体性能检测,并可进行均衡性充放电和核对性充放电,实现了可运行的蓄电池在线自动维护功能,搭建了一个可供进一步深入研究蓄电池在线监控理论的智能化设备平台。是一个在硬件环境不变的情况下,通过软件扩充蓄电池维护手段的实用化设备。

Abstract:DC power supply is a very important secondary equipment at substations, and it functions to provide reliable power supply for operation of equipment, such as relay protection, switch control and telemotion. The performance and quality of DC power supply equipment have a direct on the operation and safety of power supply network. An on - line automatic inspection and charge/discharge equipment has been developed using the fuzzy control theory for individual battery cells to solve the existing storage battery maintenance problems. This equipment can be used to automatically test individual battery cells for performance, and charge and discharge for equilibrium confirmation, thereby achieving on - line automatic maintenance of storage batteries and building up an intelligent platform for further study on on - line battery monitoring theory. This is an equipment which can be used to further expand the storage battery maintenance capability through software update without changing the hardware environment.
