摘    要:本文研究了不同碳源、氮源、培养基起始pH和D.O值等对Streptomyces sp菌株生长、代谢提高纳他霉素(Natamycin)产量的影响,用正交试验确定了该菌株的最佳培养基配方为:2%的葡萄糖,3%的玉米淀粉,2%的大豆蛋白胨,0.5%的酵母粉,并确定了该菌株产纳他霉素的最佳pH、D.O值以及糖、氮比例,在50升发酵罐中纳他霉素产量高达6.6g/L。

Abstract:The method for increasing the yield of natamycin by controlling the cell growth of the strain Streptomyces sp was studied.It showed that the single factors,such as carbon,nitrogen,pH and D.O all can influence the cell metabolizing and growth.Through the orthogonal test,we found the optimum culture medium 2% glucose,comstarch 3%,2% peptone and 0.5% extract-yeast,and the yield of natamycin was reached 6.6g/L in 50L fermentation.
