| Abstract: | The acquirement of assignments,the distribution of assignments,the harmony among plans,the transmission of information,etc.at the course of the product exploitation and rapid realization are emphatically studied. For an example the semi-conduction product was designed and produced rapidly according to the our research.This is useful in decreasing the product development time and improving its competitive ability in the wide world markets. |
