Abstract:Technician shortage, which occurred occasionally several years before in some local area and some industry, is now greatly affecting China's economic development, and the solution is in heated discussion. From the perspective of enterprises, they should establish and strengthen the management system of technicians' knowledge, and concrete measures to effectively overcome this shortage are put forward.
