时间继电器在起重机电气改造中的应用

摘    要:传统的空操遥控两用起重机的电气控制、换向接触器的连锁控制、真空接触器的连锁控制常常因电气元件的电源释放慢而产生短路与触点动作混乱等问题。这对操作人员、电动机和电器元件危害很大。通过叙述时间继电器如何在起重机电气改造中的几点巧妙应用,改善起重机的电气控制单元,从而消除误操作的产生,增强起重机控制的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:Some problems, such as short circuit, the confusion of contact action, which are caused by slow release of the electric component in traditional air operated remote control crane' s electrical control and reversing contactor interlocking control and vacuum contactor interlock control, will do harm to operator, motor and electric component. This paper described that through some magical applications of time-delay relay in crane electrical transformation, we can improve the crane' s electrical control unit to eliminate the misoperation, enhance the security and reliability of the crane control.
