矿用便携式多参数气体检测仪设计

摘    要:针对现有气体检测仪只能同时检测一种气体的问题,设计了一种矿用便携式多参数气体检测仪。该检测仪采用低功耗单片机作为核心处理器,可完成实时参数(温度、CO、CH4、H2S、O2)检测、信息(气体体积分数、时间、温度、电量)液晶显示、报警数据的存储及查询、无线数据传输等功能。实际应用表明,该检测仪具有使用携带方便、测量准确、可视性好、低功耗等特点。

Design of mine-used portable multi-parameter gas detector
Abstract:In view of problem that existing gas detector can only detect one kind of gas at the same time,a mine-used portable multi-parameter gas detector was designed.The detector uses microcontroller with low power consumption as core processor.It can complete functions of real-time parameters(temperature,CO,CH4,H2 S,O2)detection,information(gas volume fraction,time,temperature, electric quantity)LCD display,alarm data storage and query and wireless data transmission.The actual application shows that the detector has characteristics of portable using,accurate measuring,good visibility and low power consumption.
