| 摘 要： | 圆锥齿轮由于传递功率大，运转平稳，结构紧凑，常用于大型重载设备中，但其装配的精度对设备的稳定、可靠运行有着重要的影响。本文介绍了圆锥齿轮装配常见问题，并利用锥齿轮轴向调节量与法向侧隙的近似关系计算调整垫圈的厚度，实现其装配调整，满足圆锥齿轮的高效与平稳传动。

| Abstract: | Because transmitting power of cone gear is big, running is steady, structure is compact, it is often used in large - sized heavy load equipments, but the accuracy of its assembly has important influence to stability of equipment and reliable running. This text introduces the familiar problems in assembly of cone gear, and by using approximation relation regulating quantity of axial direction of bevel gear between normal backlash calculates the thickness of adjustment gasket, realizes the adjustment of its assembly, satisfies the highly efficient and steady transmission of the cone gear. |
