鼠笼式搅拌磨机性能参数对粉碎效果的影响分析

摘    要:建立了鼠笼式搅拌磨机研磨介质在研磨室圆截面内运动状态的数学模型,用四阶Runge-Kutta法求解,利用计算机模拟仿真研磨介质在研磨室圆截面内的运动。通过研究研磨介质的运动轨迹分析不同磨矿技术参数对粉碎效果的影响,以找出最佳磨矿条件,提高鼠笼式搅拌磨机的粉碎效果。分析方法和分析结论对同类型磨机设计和运行工况有参考价值。

Abstract:Mathematical model was established for the motion of grinding beads in the circular section of grinding chamber of new stirred media mills with a rotation rat cage. The trajectory of grinding beads was calculated by using a time step controlled Runge-Kutta procedure. In order to obtain the optimized comminution effects, the trajectory of grinding beads were analyzed under different conditions and the optimized parameters were obtained. The analysis methods and analysis results in this paper are important to the design and applications of similar machines.
