盘式制动器中热问题的研究概况

摘    要:摩擦热是影响摩擦副材料性能变化的最直接因素。过高的摩擦热不仅使摩擦副材料的摩擦学性能发生变化,而且导致热弹性不稳定性(TEI)、局部过热点现象等发生,制动盘发生热变形。目前研究认为,热弹性不稳定性是制动器发生热颤振和噪声的主要来源,最终可能导致制动器过早失效。本文针对这些方面的研究进行了综述,最后进行总结并对未来研究工作提出了展望与建议。

Abstract:The frictional heat has a significant effect on the tribological behavior of the braking units. The high level frictional heat has not only changed the tribological performance of the brake pad material but also result in many thermally induced problems in the brake disc, such as thermoelastic instability (TEI) and disc hot spotting , which will leading to thermal buckling of discs. The TEI is a major source of thermal disc distortion including coning, hot judder and braking squeal. High vibration and harshness leads to premature failure. A systematic review is given firstly in this paper focusing on the recent research work in this field. Finally, a summary is presented and indicated. And some suggestions are put forward for future research.
