| 摘 要： | 2007年,胡锦涛主席在APEC第15次领导人会议上提出了四项建议,明确主张"发展低碳经济"。本文以我国能源利用状况为切入点,通过对我国与发达国家及金砖四国低碳经济发展状况进行比较,得出了目前我国在世界范围内低碳经济的发展仍处于较低水平的结论。 |

| Abstract: | In 2007,President Hu puts forward four proposals during the APEC leaders meeting on the 15th solemnly and advocates＂development low-carbon economy＂.Based on the situation of economic development in China,the paper makes a comparison between the developed countries and our country.At the same time,it also makes a comparison between the bricks countries.It concludes that the low carbon economic development in our country is still at low level at present in the worldwide scale. |
