压力温度双敏性聚氨酯中空纤维膜通透性研究

摘    要:以聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)为基质相,添加成孔剂及二氧化硅粒子,采用熔融纺丝法制得了具有对压力、温度刺激双重敏感的PU中空纤维膜;研究了膜的水通量随压力、温度的变化,对膜表面形貌进行了表征;并考察了中空纤维膜的截留性能。结果表明:制得的PU中空纤维膜为均质膜;膜孔径分布较窄,87.17%的孔集中在0.15~0.20μm。随着压力、温度上升或下降,膜的水通量相应增大或减小,水通量与压力、温度变化有着明显的相关性。经一次过滤,无机粒子清除率达98.52%~99.78%。

Abstract:A dual pressure-and temperature-sensitive polyurethane(PU) hollow fiber membrane was prepared using PU as matrix phase and adding pore-forming additives and silicone dioxide particles via melt spinning process.The dependence of water flux on the pressure and temperature was studied.The surface morphology of the membrane was characterized.The rejection performance of the hollow fiber membrane was investigated.The results showed that the obtained PU hollow fiber membrane was a kind of homogeneous membrane.The membrane pore size distribution was relatively narrow,87.17%of which was concentrated in the interval of 0.15 -0.20μm.The water flux of the membrane rose or dropped while increasing or decreasing the pressure and temperature,showing a strong correlation with the pressure and temperature.The removal rate of inorganic particles can be 98.52%-99.78%after one-time filtration.
