摘    要:基于分水岭算法,提出了一种绿色荧光蛋白图像的分割方法.为了克服分水岭算法易于产生过分割的现象,本文主要从前期预处理和后期区域合并两个方面着手,结合了中值滤波、分水岭变换、阈值区域合并技术,运用MATlab软件,对绿色荧光蛋白图像进行分割,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:Based on watershed algorithm, the paper puts forward a segmentation method of green fluorescent protein image. In order to deal with the over - segmentation caused by the watershed algorithm, the paper mainly introduces the new segmentation method of green fluorescent protein image, which is based on preprocessing and later region merging. The method combines the technology of median filter, watershed transform and threshold region merging, with the use of Matlab software. The results are satisfactory.
