中国地区能源消费差异及影响因素分析

深入分析我国地区能源消费差异及影响因素，对降低能源消费，制定节能降耗政策具有重要意义。本文首先分析我国地区能源消费现状和地区差异特征，其次探讨了能源消费差异的主要影响因素，通过构建计量模型对我国各地区能源消费影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明，能源消费水平由西向东呈现递增的阶梯现象；经济发展水平对能源消费水平具有积极的作用，西部地区经济发展对能源消费的推动作用最大；产业结构对各地区能源消费的作用不同：产业结构优化对东部地区能源消费的降低作用明显，而中、西部地区产业结构优化对能源消费的降低作用有限。本文据此提出相应的政策建议。

Analysis of Regional Differences and the Determinants in Energy Consumption in China

This paper has discussed in depth differences of energy consumption in regions in China, which is meaningful for both decreasing energy consumption and forming saving energy policies. The analysis starts with the current situation of energy consumption in regions and the characters of regional disparity, and then goes to the principle factors affecting the energy consumption on which this paper conducts a positive research by setting up an econometrical model. The result shows that the energy consumption increases from the western China to the eastern China. The development of economy has positive effect on energy consumption, and the effect on western energy consumption is the biggest. Industrial structure has different effect on regions in China. Industrial structure has obvious effect on decreasing energy consumption in eastern China, and has limited effects on the central and the western China. At last, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
