| Abstract: | The development history of continuous casting technology was simply reviewed and the great progress was also summarized. It is concluded that the developing tendency is the application of novel continuous casting technologies , such as near net shape continuous casting, Ohno continuous casting, high efficiency continuous casting, CC-DHCR, and the new material development based on the continuous casting technology. |
