摘    要:介绍了中国石化现阶段用水和节水工作的情况 ,从管理、工艺和技术三个方面与国外情况进行了比较。并提出几种节水措施 :首先应加强节水管理 ,诸如节水奖励制度等应在企业中推广 ;二是完善用水工艺 ,尽可能减少冷却水用量 ;三是实行污水回用 ,开发针对不同回用对象的污水适度处理及回用技术 ,从而解决水资源紧缺与需求之间的矛盾

Abstract:The water consumption and water saving activities in China Petrochemical Corporation (SINOPEC) are introduced.. The water treatment management, processes and technologies are compared with those of the foreign companies. Several water-saving measures are recommended: 1) water saving activities should be strengthened and widely practiced in all the related enterprises and incentives should be given to the good performers. 2) The water cooling and heating process should be optimized to reduce the cooling water requirement. 3) The effective waste water recovery technologies should be developed for treating different wasters for different users.. Only in this way can the water shortage be relaxed for both water user and supplier.
