Temperature dependence of the Peierls-Nabarro forces in body-centered cubic metals |

| Abstract: | Based on the Kuhlmann-Wilsdorf theory, an expression for the temperature dependence of the Peierls-Nabarro forces was derived. It was shown that this dependence is in qualitative agreement with experimental data on the influence of temperature on the yield point of bcc metals. |
