| 摘 要： | 根据通信支援侦察系统构成和主要功能，建立了由系统侦察能力、机动能力、生存能力、可用性及可信性构成的评估指标体系，提出了由指标的重要性和信息量共同确定指标权重的方法，并采用效用函数对各性能指标进行量化，最后给出了系统效能评估模型。

| Abstract: | Based on the structure and functions of communication reconnaissance support system,the evaluation indexs system is set up which is consisted of reconnaissance ability, flexibility,viability,usability and cre- ditability . Then advance a method of determining indexs weight according to their difference in weightiness and the amount of information ,measuring the performance indexs by avail function ;Finally the evaluation modal of system effectiveness is advanced . |
