| 摘 要： | 对建筑产业化系统与BIM技术进行了介绍,分析了BIM在产业化系统中的作用,并从建筑设计、施工、运营维护等方面进行了阐述,同时对BIM技术在建筑产业化系统中存在的问题进行了研究,提出了相应的改进建议,以促进BIM技术的发展。
