| 摘 要： | 通过对人防工程建设定额和定额造价管理制度的研究,从人防工程建设定额编制进程与人防工程建设定额特点两方面入手,论述了人防工程定额计价体系的完整性,满足了人防工程建设全过程造价计价的需要,加强了人防工程建设定额的执行力度。

| Abstract: | Through the research on civil air defense construction quota and quota cost management system, from the civil defense engineering con- struction quota compilation process and civil defense engineering construction quota characteristics two aspects, discussed the integrity of civil air defense engineering quota cost system, to meet the needs of whole process cost valuation of civil air defense engineering construction, strength- ened the enforcement of civil air defense engineering construction quota. |
