| 摘 要： | 文章简单介绍了VSIA十一个开发工作组之一的“物理测试开发工作组”的最新技术进展状况,并以在SoC整个芯片的测试中VC测试需解决的诸多问题为线索,对其颁布的规范“VC”供应商的测试数据交换格式和准则的规范”作了重点介绍,指出了制定测试规范对降低测试成本,推动SoC产业发展具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper introduce the technical status of the"Manufacturing Related Test Development Working Group",one of eleven DWGs in VSIA.And introduce the content of the"Test Data Interchange Formats and Guidelines for VC Providers Specification"that developed by TST DWG.This paper also introduce the effect of such specification for decreasing the cost of SoC-IP testing. |
