大容量航空蓄电池充电器的设计与实现

摘    要:研制了一种通用型的大容量航空蓄电池充电器,可作为镉镍、铅酸航空蓄电池的地面保障设备。阐述了系统的主电路方案、控制电路的构成、软件设计以及系统故障检测及保护电路。该充电器主电路采用半桥直流变换器,减小了蓄电池吸收危险峰值电流的可能性。控制电路以可进行A/D转换的AD~C812单片机为核心,采用电压、电流双闭环控制,可以实时控制充电器工作于恒流充电阶段和涓流充电阶段。同时还设计了充电器的软启动、过流保护、过热保护以及极性检测电路。研制成功的样机能够有效的实现两阶段充电方案及其转换。样机试验表明,该充电器具有输出与电网高频隔离、结构简单、效率高、体积小、重量轻等优点,便于现场应用。

Abstract:A new general charger with high capacity for aircraft batteries is introduced. The charger can be used as maintainable equipment for lead-acid and cadmium-nickel batteries. The circuit scheme, control principle, software design, charger failure detection and protection circuit are also introduced. The main circuit of the proposed charger uses half-bridge DC-AC-DC converter. The possibility of absorp- tioning dangerous peak value current in battery is reduced. The control circuit using the voltage and the current double closed-loop control takes the AD~CS12 chip with A/D transformation as a core. It can control the charger in a state of constant current and tiny current. Simultaneously, the battery charger soft starting circuit, over-current protecting circuit, over- temperature protecting circuit as well as the polar detection circuit are also designed. A prototype with constant current charge and tiny current charge is developed. It can effectively realize two state charges. Experimental results of the prototype show that the proposed charger has the advantages of electric separation, simple frame, high efficiency, small volume, light weight and easy for the field application.
