青霉菌M5对活性艳红X-3B吸附性能的研究

摘    要:将真菌吸附剂用于活性艳红X-3B的吸附脱色。从5种真菌吸附剂中筛选出最佳吸附菌种青霉菌M5,研究了该菌种在不同预处理方法、吸附时间、初始pH值和温度下对吸附容量的影响。结果表明:经高压灭菌盐酸改性的青霉菌M5对活性艳红X-3B的吸附效果最好,吸附反应5min即达平衡;pH值对吸附作用影响较大,吸附容量随pH值升高而降低;而温度的影响较小;预处理过的青霉菌M5对活性艳红X-3B的吸附行为可用Langmuir吸附等温线方程来描述,相关系数R大于0.99。

Abstract:The fungal bioadsorbent was used for the adsorption and decoloration of azo dye reactive brilliant red X-3B, penicillium M5 screened from the 5 fungal bioadsorbents was determined as the optimal fungus for the dye adsorption, the effect of the said fungus on the adsorption capacity under different pretreatment methods, adsorption time, initial pH value and temperature was studied.The results showed that:penicillium M5 modified by autoclaved hydrochloride acid had the best adsorption performance towards reactive brilliant red X-3B, the adsorption reached the equilibrium in 5 min;the adsorption capacity decreased with the increasing of the pH value, however, the adsorption was less affacted by the temperature;the process of the pretreated penicillium M5 adsorbing reactive brilliant red X-3B could be described by the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation, the correlation coefficient R was above 0.99.
