| 摘 要： | 根据链节零件的形状、尺寸及其生产要求,制定了级进模冲压成形工艺方案。利用有限元模拟预测了成形时可能出现的问题,得到了合理的坯料形状及尺寸,并根据相关设计原则完成了模具结构设计。实际生产表明,该级进冲压成形工艺与模具设计非常成功。

| Abstract: | A processing plan of progressive die stamping for chain element was established according to the shape, dimensions of the part and requirements for production. Finite element modelling was used to predict possible problems during stamping process and feasible shape and dimensions of workblank were obtained. Then the structure of progressive die was developed. |
