快速城镇化地区小城镇的总体规划策略——以福清市龙田镇为例

发展小城镇是中国特色城镇化战略的重要内容。快速城镇化地区是区域范围内的人口和产业聚集高地,由于城镇发展速度快,普遍存在着城镇发展与区域发展不协调、土地紧张与浪费并存、城市建设对资源环境破坏大等诸多问题,不利于地区城镇化的持续推进。本文以福清市龙田镇为例,从总体规划的角度,探讨快速城镇化地区发展问题的解决策略。

The policy of master planning for small town in the area of rapid urbanization With longtian town of Fuqing county as an example

Development of small towns is an important part of China＇s characteristics urbanization strategy. The area of rapid urbanization becomes a region for population aggregation and industry agglomeration. Because of the speed of urban development, problems always exist including lack of coordination between urban development and regional development, existence of land use tensions and waste at the same time, and destruction to re- sources and environment from urban construction. These problems are not conducive to continue to promote the regioffs urbanization. In this paper, taking the Longtian town of Fuqing County for an example, from the perspective of the master planning, resolution strategies are explored for devel- opment problems in the area of rapid urbanization.
